All Items that state “Free Shipping”, or promotional “Free Shipping” offers, are to the Contiguous United States only. Shipping to AK or HI additional. Free shipping is by Economy Service only.
* Free Shipping on orders of $50 or more are applicable only to orders / products purchased directly from Practical Sports. Purchases from marketplaces we link to, may have different requirements and are beyond our control.

How long will my order take to ship? It generally takes 1 to 2 Days to process your order before it ships, actual in transit times vary between 2 to 5 days, depending on your shipping address, total time for most orders is between 2 to 7 days.
From where will my order be shipped? Some orders are shipped from our warehouse in Texas, we also use warehouses in other states depending on product(s).
Shipping Information and Policies: All Shipments will have insurance from the delivering company. Some items may require a signature upon delivery.If you have a problem with delivery, please let us know, we are here to help. Contact Us using the link at the bottom / top of every webpage. Shipping costs are directly related to the weight, size of the package and ship to location. Shipping cost can be calculated by adding product to the shopping cart, the Shipping Calculator will be displayed below the order window. Please choose state, zip code and the shipping method, click apply and the cost will be displayed below the subtotal in the order window.
Small to Medium size packages will be shipped by USPS, FedEx or UPS. Orders up to 200 Lbs. in multiple packages. Delivered to your door. Example: Radios, tents, etc…
Large packages and orders are shipped by common carrier, freight lines. Residential : Shipper will deliver your order curbside. Shipper will remove all packages from the truck, less than 100 Lbs. and place curbside for the customer. Packages weighing more than 100 Lbs. may REQUIRE the customers help.
Setup and Assembly: Shippers Do Not setup or assemble any products. Shipper will not unpack any items, unless damage is suspected. Shipper will not remove or dispose of, any packing, boxes, pallets or other material associated with your order.
Shipping Address Error’s: Make sure shipping address is correct. Customer is responsible for providing this information.
All Shipments: FedEx, UPS and Freight carriers will not change ship to addresses after the shipment has been processed. The shipment must be canceled. It will be returned to us for reshipping. This will incur additional S&H charges, equal to the shipping cost to the corrected address and the original shipment cost of the incorrect address. If the order is canceled, after shipment, due to incorrect shipping address being provided, customer will be responsible for original shipping cost.
Returned orders: Orders that are returned to us as non-deliverable or refused, it will incur a 35% restocking fee. If the order is reshipped, customer will be responsible for all reshipping charges.
Custom orders and special orders can not be returned.
Shipment Tracking. After your order has shipped, you will receive an email notice with tracking numbers (s) and information on how to track your order.
Incomplete shipments: All missing packages should be noted on the Bill of Lading. A claim will be filled for the shortage.
Damaged Orders: If you receive or suspect damaged products in your shipment, please have the driver open the package for inspection. If damage is visible, you have the option of accepting or refusing the shipment or product.
If you accept the shipment: Please note on the shippers receipt which pieces are damaged. We will help you file the claim with the shipper for replacement.
If you refuse the shipment: Please make sure the driver note’s the pieces you have refused and why on the receipt. A determination will be made once we receive the product back. We will file the claim, and send you a replacement at no charge, if the damage did occur by the shipper.
Claims: Claims are usually handled within 7 to 21 business days from the original date of delivery. Some claims may take longer. Damage claims for custom orders and special orders are only redeemable through the shipper’s provided insurance.While using the best shipping companies available to us, some damage occasionally does occur. Our shippers are all committed to quality shipping and delivering your orders safely.
