Dear Sir or Madam:

I wanted to send you an email to say thank you for building such a great product. Had we been using a lesser tent my wife would not be alive today.

We recently purchased your Trek Canvas Screen House. We used it for the first time last week in the mountains of South Carolina on our annual 5-day camping trip. Though it was destroyed during a storm when two large trees fell on it, it held up enough to save the lives of two people, three dogs and all our gear.

I have several photos and notes I would like to send you so you can see for yourselves what happened. Is there an email address I can send them to?

Also, feel free to use them to promote your product as it really held up when it counted! And, as soon as I can afford it, I will be ordering another one for sure.
