This large tent has an amazing amount of usable space along with an screen room for dining or relaxing while being protected from annoying bugs. The all steel, free standing frame offers a strong support system for the ample 12' x 12' sleeping area.

With 8 extra large windows and big mesh roof vents, the views are grand and the ventilation is great. Easy entry and exit through two large doors that are offset to make getting in and out of the Spruce Peak tent easy. The screen room offers a spacious 72 square feet, enough for a picnic table and chairs. The large offset door to the screen room allows easy entry even when filled with people relaxing in the area.

Another great feature are the zip closed panels that keep rain from coming into the screen room. This allows usage of the entire tent even when raining or just for a more private area.

Includes: A zippered duffel bag style storage bag, pole bag, stake bag, tent stakes and extra guy lines.
