If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery, You may return the product for exchange or refund, refunds within the 30 day period include the product price and original shipping cost(if any).
Return Periods
Within 30 days from the date of delivery: Returns and Exchanges will be accepted for products that prove to be defective or you are not satisfied. (See Below, How To Return A Product)
After 30 days from the date of delivery: We are here to help with exchanges and warranty claims from the manufacture after the initial 30 day period as covered by the manufactures warranty. (See Below, How To Return A Product)
Return Restrictions
All items that are returned must include all original packing, materials, instructions, accessories and must be complete and in factory packaging. Do NOT discard any packaging until you are completely satisfied with the products in your order. Returns, exchanges and warranty services can NOT be granted on products that result from: abuse, alterations, improper use, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, commercial or heavy use, misuse, unauthorized or improper alternations, repairs, improper care, accidents, disaster, weather, transportation damage, shipping damage or acts of nature. This also includes failure to read and follow the manufactures instructions and guidelines. Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers are Not Returnable.

How To Return A Product
Before returning any product, please send your request by using the
Contact Us link found at the top of every webpage for a RMA number. Fill in the form with as much information as possible and describe the reason for return.
We will acknowledge your return request within 2 business days of receipt. After receiving your RMA number, Repack product with all accessories in its original packing and secure the package with shipping tape. Do Not use Duct tape or Scotch tape. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Items without a RMA number clearly written on packaging may be refused.
Product must be shipped within 5 business days of receipt of RMA / Shipping Label. Once product has been received, and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account depending on your banks policies.
Restocking Fees
"The common sense rule". Customers Will Incur a 50% restocking fee if the item is accepted for return, and the item was purchased or used for an unapproved or unnatural use.
Example:
- Customer purchases or uses a screen tent for use on a home deck or pontoon boat.
- Customer purchases or uses a home safe outdoors, exposed to weather.
